Dolcevita Wedding Cinema is a brand of B35 s.a.s. di Borghi Giordano e C.
This agreement constitutes a binding contract for videography services and/or related products. By accepting this agreement, the contracting party agrees to pay Dolcevita Wedding Cinema for the services and/or related products as provided at the price set forth in this agreement.
The following terms and conditions apply:
Non-refundable reservation fee: A reservation deposit is due upon acceptance of this agreement. Once the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid, Dolcevita Wedding Cinema shall reserve the agreed date and time and will not accept other bookings that conflict with your event. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event is cancelled for force majeure or any other reason.
Force majeure and postponement policy:
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the parties — including but not limited to geopolitical events (such as wars), environmental disasters, official flight bans, or health emergencies — that prevent travel* or the event from taking place, the wedding may be rescheduled at no additional cost if notice is given at least 3 months prior to the event date.
After this period, any additional travel and accommodation expenses incurred by DWC must be covered again. The new postponed date must be communicated at least 6 months in advance; otherwise, availability cannot be guaranteed and the deposit will be retained.
In the case of a second postponement, it will be treated as a new booking request, requiring a new contract, updated pricing or packages, and a new deposit.
*Only official flight bans to/from the wedding destination or to/from the couple’s country of residence are considered valid.
Agreement/jurisdiction: The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract agree that Dolcevita Wedding Cinema will provide videography services for their wedding and related events to the best of its abilities, as described in this document.
Desired footage: The contracting party will notify Dolcevita Wedding Cinema of desired footage in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests and create the best possible film, no specific footage is guaranteed.
Artistic style: The contracting party acknowledges familiarity with Dolcevita Wedding Cinema’s portfolio and understands that the services are artistic and unique. Each film may differ from previous work, and creative decisions are made based on Dolcevita Wedding Cinema’s artistic vision. The final video is not subject to rejection based on personal taste or aesthetic preferences.
Any changes requested after delivery are billed at €100/hour and must be requested within 2 months of delivery.
License to use: Dolcevita Wedding Cinema reserves the right to use all footage for display, publication, and advertising (including social media). If you prefer your film to remain private, an optional NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is available. Unless otherwise specified in writing, permission is granted for publication.
Limitation of liability: While the utmost care is taken with all recorded material, liability for any claim, loss, or failure to deliver is limited to the return of fees paid under this agreement.
In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, Dolcevita Wedding Cinema will attempt to arrange a replacement videographer. Dolcevita Wedding Cinema is not responsible for issues related to venue restrictions, weather conditions, schedule delays, or incorrect information provided.
Although professional backup systems are in place, in the rare case of equipment failure, theft, or damage beyond control, liability is limited to the return of fees paid up to that point.
Completion of final product: The average delivery time is approximately 60 days from the wedding date. However, the maximum delivery timeframe is set at 150 days, unless otherwise specified by the selected package.
Storage of completed files: Completed videos and raw footage will be stored for up to 2 years after delivery.
Food: A warm meal must be provided during the reception. If a buffet is offered, the team must be included in the guest count. For seated dinners, a meal per team member is required.
Transportation and logistics: Prices include accommodation and transportation to and from the event location. During the event day, the client is responsible for providing transportation for any required transfers.
By accepting this agreement, both Dolcevita Wedding Cinema and the contracting party acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
